We will shortly be approaching schools, colleges and universities, initially within the Cambridge area, offering short courses for young women over the age of 13.

Self defence for Schools:  If you are between the age of 13-18, or if you teach this age group, and think that your school would benefit from a short self defence course for its female students and/or staff, please drop us a line. We're very happy to come in and talk to the Headmaster or Headmistress of the school regarding a range of options available.

Self defence for Students:  We are also planning to offer self defence classes for universities, colleges and foreign language schools. Please send us an email if you'd like to find out more and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to set up an informal chat about how the classes could best work.
