Brick Handbag runs courses and workshops for businesses looking to invest into the safety, security and confidence of their female workforce.
A Brick Handbag self defence course provides your female employees with a set of practical and effective tools and techniques to help them avoid - or, in the worst case scenario, handle - any aggressive or dangerous situations which might occur. Our self defence courses are relevant for all women, whether they have public facing roles (e.g. estate agents, driving instructors, sales representatives) or would simply like to increase their own levels of safety and awareness. Sessions are active and fun (and great for team building) and individuals leave with more confidence which often spreads into other areas of their lives.
Duration, Location & Equipment:
A typical Brick Handbag self defence programme lasts c.4 hours, and can be provided either in an intensive workshop format or in a course format (i.e. spread over more than one session), however more indepth courses can be provided on request. Sessions can be provided onsite at your business premises - all we need is a conference or meeting room - or offsite, and all training equipment is provided by Brick Handbag.
Group Size:
Brick Handbag self defence workshops & courses are designed for a maximum of 20 people per session. A minimum of two experienced instructors will provide the training.
