We currently run courses for both the general public and for businesses looking to invest into the safety of their employees, and will shortly be offering courses to students and teachers at schools and universities. Our aim is to reduce the fear of attack and to provide women of all ages with the knowledge of how to deal with confrontational situations calmly and effectively.
Courses for the general public: Between October and Christmas '09 we will be running a range of friendly, accessible self defence courses for the general public, taking place in central Cambridge.

Courses for business: We offer self defence courses and workshops for all businesses with female employees, providing a great team building opportunity while also equipping your female staff with useful, down to earth, self defence strategies. Courses typically last a total of 4 hours but can be tailored to the particular needs of clients.
